Role 01
Sales & Business Development (m/f/x)
You don't sell AI. You give engineers their time back.
The product is ready — now it needs to reach the teams who need it. That's where you come in: someone who talks to engineering leads as an equal, understands their day-to-day — and turns real pain into a project. No cold-call grind, no pitch-deck theatre.
What you'll do
- You find the departments where our agents are real leverage — and start the conversation there.
- You run strategy calls: listen, find the sore spot, give an honest read.
- You turn “sounds interesting” into a discovery workshop — and the workshop into a project.
- You help build our sales from the ground up: channels, outreach, process.
What you bring
- You're driven — you want to win people over to something you believe in yourself.
- You can talk to engineers without annoying them — wherever you learned that.
- You think it's great that AI changes month to month.
- You have a real feel for selling and persuading — whether from an internship, a working-student role or your first years on the job. AI knowledge, on the other hand, is a plus, not a must.
We'll get you thoroughly up to speed on our tools and AI topics. The sales instinct and the drive — those you bring.

Role 02
AI Engineer & Consultant (m/f/x)
Build what didn't exist before — and put it in the hands of the people who need it.
Execution comes first here: you get AI agents up and running that take on real engineering work. The step to the client — workshops, consulting — you can take, but don't have to. Never slide-deck magic.
What you'll do
- You build AI agents, skills and MCP servers, and automate work that today still runs by hand.
- You wire them into the real engineering world — datasheets, standards, test systems, devices over OPC UA.
- You work at the state of the art — and push it a little further.
- Want to get out to the client too? Discovery workshops, training and consulting are yours to take on — but they're not required.
What you bring
- Motivation and creativity first — you see a problem and immediately want to know how to crack it.
- A solid background from study or practice: programming or engineering (embedded, test, electrical …). In AI itself, you're welcome to still be at the start.
- Enjoy reaching out to people? Great — then the consulting part is yours. It's not a must.
- Fresh out of university or already years into engineering — both fit, as long as the tech grips you.
You'll grow into the AI depth fast with us — the foundation and the curiosity, those you bring.
